We're looking to cast dancers ages 8 to 18. Pre-registration is required to audition. Register online by October 1, 2026.

HOW TO REGISTER

Registration is entirely online this year. Fill out the form, list your height, and pay the $20 registration fee. Once you've pre-registered, we'll contact you with your individual audition time.

AGES 5–6 (JSB STUDENTS ONLY)

Our youngest JSB dancers may pre-register to be considered for a role. Dancers will not need to audition.

Please note: participation at this age is not guaranteed. This opportunity is only for JSB students, not open to dancers from other schools.

OTHER DANCERS AND AGES
 

• JSB dancers, all ages: Any JSB dancer in Level 1 or higher is eligible to audition, regardless of age.
   

• Dancers from other schools: Must be ages 8 to 18 to audition, with at least one year of ballet experience.
   

• Dancers over 5 feet tall: Must have a minimum of three years of ballet experience.

Dancers in Utah Metropolitan Ballet II must also pre-register.

Not every student who auditions will be selected. Dancers will be judged according to height and ability for the roles needed. We encourage all students to audition. It helps them know what to expect as they audition for things throughout their dance life.
