Enzo Castilho

Enzo Castilho is a dancer from São Paulo, Brazil, who began his ballet training at age eight through a community social project. He trained at Studio de Juliana Maciel and the Teatro Municipal de São Paulo before joining Cia de Ballet do Rio de Janeiro and later moving to New York to study at the Gelsey Kirkland Academy Professional Training Program under Gelsey Kirkland and Michael Chernov. Enzo continued his studies at Ballet Academy East (2018–2025), training with teachers and coaches including Stacey Calvert, Darla Hoover, and Cheryl Yeager.

 

He has worked on repertory staged by and with choreographers such as Harrison Ball, Alan Hineline, Antonio Carmena, Maurice Brandon Curry, Roger van Fleteren, Nikolaj Hübbe, Tara Mora, and Zalman Raffael.

 

Enzo has broadened his training through summer programs at Miami City Ballet, Carolina Ballet, Ballet Academy East, and Escola do Teatro Bolshoi no Brasil. A recipient of the Don Paradise Scholarship and a graduate of Ballet Academy East (June 2025).
