Parker Niksich

Parker Niksich is a Texas native. Attending Booker T. Washington High School, he began training in ballet under Katie Puder as a trainee with Avant Chamber Ballet. He later attended Ballet Academy East, where he studied under Stacey Calvert. While attending BAE, he was named the David Howard scholar for 2023-2024 and was chosen to choreograph for BAE’s Choreographic Workshop. He joined Utah Metropolitan Ballet in 2024 and was promoted to Solo Artist in 2026.

He has attended summer courses at San Francisco Ballet, ABT, Nashville Ballet, Ballet Met, and Ballet West all on scholarship. Performance Highlights include George Balanchine’s Serenade, George Balanchine’s Valse Fantaisie, George Balanchine’s The Nutcracker, Rodger Van Fleeter Cinderella, Alan Hineline’s San Souci, Jacqueline Colledge’s Nutcracker, Jacqueline Colledge’s Snow White, Jacqueline Colledge’s Wizard of Oz, Brittnee Squire’s Simply Sibelius, and Heather Gray’s Cortex.
